| Privatly owned E6001 73001 formely 73901, which was part of the Mersery Rail fleet, has finally been repainted into Br Green after its renovation and looks splendid, a great paint job. The locomotive has been based at Lydney along with Pullman 73101, Br Blue 73005 and 73006, which have all now moved on. On the 6th June, the stunning locomotive made its passenger debut after a repain and renovation, I pictured it with the 15:14 Lydney Junction to Parkend and 16:00 return and then ECS to Norchard. I took the pictures at different places on the line in the Dean Forest. |
